Orders Our aim is to deliver your order within 4 weeks after receipt of payment (in most cases it will be quicker than this) for UK orders.
If you require your order sooner than this, please telephone us on 07710 186523 and we shall do our utmost to meet your requirements (this service is available to UK customers only).
Please note: due to insurance restrictions, we are unable to supply goods to customers in the USA or Canada.
Delivery We use Royal Mail's Signed For 2nd Class service, which aims to deliver in two to three working days. For orders which need to be delivered in less than 4 weeks, we may have to use Royal Mail's Special Delivery service, for which there will be an additional charge.
Bomboniere Tags, Display Boxes and Trays Tags/tickets, PVC display boxes and cardboard trays can only be purchased if ordering bomboniere.
Returns and Refunds As our favours are all hand made to order, we regret that we cannot accept returns for them under any circumstances, unless they are faulty or damaged in transit. Any claims for damages must be made in writing (email or mail) within 7 days of receipt, but please telephone us on 07710 186523 in the first instance to discuss the problem. Any claim must be accompanied by photographs of the damaged parcel and goods.
Allergies Please note that our traditional almond favours contain nuts (almonds and hazelnuts), and may contain milk, wheat flour and traces of soy. Our sugar coated dark chocolate dragees may contain traces of nuts, soy and milk.
Choking Hazard Our favours are not toys and contain inedible decorative parts. Some favours may contain small parts and wires and are, therefore, unsuitable for children under five years of age.
Colour Reproduction Although every effort has been made to reproduce colours accurately, owing to the limitations of digital imagery, some colours shown may not be exact representations of actual colours used.
Sometimes there is also some variation in colour with the flowers and ribbons we use due to the manufacturing processes of these items, over which we have no control.
Please note that our bomboniere are not machine produced but are hand made to order, so there will be slight variations in positioning of flowers, ribbons, etc.
Confectionery The ingredients used in our confectionery are as follows:
White almond dragees - sugar, ALMOND, rice starch and glazing agent carnauba wax (E903).
Light blue almond dragees - sugar, ALMOND, rice starch and glazing agent carnauba wax (E903), glycerol, colouring E131.
Pink almond dragees - sugar, ALMOND, rice starch and glazing agent carnauba wax (E903), glycerol, colouring E124.
White dark chocolate dragees - dark chocolate (cocoa min 50%) 35%, sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, cocoa powder, SOY, rice starch and glazing agent carnauba wax.
